I got sick.
This is the first time I've gotten pretty sick while in training. I've had small colds that have put me out for a day, but this took me out for about four days. I still don't feel quite right.
I am pretty sure it was some sort of food borne illness. You can never be too sure about these things, but the time line and the symptoms seem about right. However, I still don't feel 100%.
Bit of a set back, and I lost a bunch of training time this week. As you can see below I missed most of my speed work and my long run this week. It's very close to my half marathon, so this set back will probably hurt that race, but I am hopeful that I'll be back 100% soon, and this hiccup wont affect the marathon at all.
