Week 33 - ish

It’s really the middle of week 34, but I haven’t written in a while. My “real life” has been busy lately and I haven’t had time to document this mad cap adventure. I don’t see that changing for a while either. The plan is still place and moving along, but I just haven’t had time to bang on about it (except to my poor, poor friends. Sorry.). My knee is still giving me trouble, but slowly getting to be less of a problem.…

Week 31 - Expectation Level: Reset.

If this was a software project, I would be preparing the stake holders for rough news. A book I happened upon was the wonderfully named: Strength Training for Triathletes: The Complete Program to Build Triathlon Power, Speed, and Muscular Endurance - needs more words in the title.…

Week 24 - Looking Back

One of the things I excel at doing is focusing on my own flaws. For example, whenever I start to learn something new, I almost always focus on the parts I don’t understand. If you were to ask me about a subject I am studying, I would start by telling you about the parts I don’t understand or haven’t gotten around to learning. This, by the way, turns out to be a bad marketing tactic.…
